Our Remembrance
In memory of my husband of 32 years, John, a loving husband, father and son. John was a metrologist for Motoroloa for 22 years until he lost his job just prior to retirement eligibility. He was also a gifted musician. He loved cars, and spent 25 years restoring his 1959 El Camino. He was a collector of guitars and other musical instruments; toy trains; interesting watches; Hard Rock Cafe pins; Disney collectibles. These were just a small number of his collections. He was a Boy Scout Master. John also loved all holidays. Our home was decorated inside and out for every occasion, and he loved hosting family and friends, especially over the Christmas season. He would begin to grow his white beard a few months before Christmas, and played Santa Claus for the children in our HOA. He loved life, which made his tragic death so much more difficult to comprehend, and left a huge void in the lives of his family and friends.
