Our Remembrance
Jacob was someone special. You could feel it the moment you met him. He had a heart of gold and a spirit that shone bright. He worked tirelessly to make the most of his life and always had a kind word or a helping hand to offer. His smile was infectious and his laugh could lift your spirits no matter how low you felt. It's hard to believe he's gone, and even harder to imagine the pain he must have felt. But his memory lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. We miss him dearly, and always will.
